Ang extra judicial killing ba ay isang batas? kung hindi ano ito? ipaliwanag sa wikang banyaga.

Ipaliwanag sa wikang banyaga Im assuming this means English.

Extra Judicial Killing is not a law. It is an action done by an government authority, or public figure. In definition, Extra Judicial Killing is the sentencing of death against an individual without due process. Due Process is an action where a case is brought to the judicial court for a trial.

Extra Judicial Killing is never a law. In fact, it is an abuse of power which is agaisnt the law. If you do extra judicial killing, then it means you do not want the case to be handled by a judge and just simply ignore the killings. You completely assume that the person killed is guilty and the preceedings of the killings do not need a judicial trial. This is a complete violation of human rights and the right of every individual to acquire justice.
